Risks, stated plainly

Property values can fall as well as rise. You could get back less than you invested.
Refurbishment can overrun on both time and cost.
Property is not a liquid asset. Selling takes time, and you may not be able to sell quickly or at the price you expect.
Rent is payable under the terms of a lease. A lease can end, and lease terms can be renegotiated at renewal.
Past performance of previous deals does not indicate future results.
MRM Group does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. You should take independent professional advice before committing capital.
