What is available right now.

Each deal is published with the property, the lease and the figures behind it. A deal listed here is one MRM is placing at the moment, not an example.

Which route suits you

What each route gives you.

Both put capital into the same UK property operation. They differ in what you end up holding, and in how much of the process you take on.

Property ownership

For capital that can sit in a building.

  • The title is registered in your name at the Land Registry, so you own the asset itself
  • Income arrives under a lease with a named local authority or housing association
  • Sourcing, refurbishment and placing the lease are handled for you
  • You keep any growth in the property's value
  • You can sell the property when you choose
  • Every figure and document is shown before you commit

Fixed return

For capital that wants a defined end date.

  • A defined return and a defined term, both set out in writing before you commit
  • No property to buy, so no conveyancing, survey or refurbishment to sit through
  • You are not funding a purchase price, so the entry point is lower
  • Nothing to hold and nothing to manage
  • Your capital is returned at the end of the term
  • The terms are talked through on a call before anything is signed

Capital is at risk on both routes. On the fixed-return route your money is committed for the whole term and cannot usually be withdrawn early.

Where this sits

The ownership of property, without the workload.

How direct ownership through MRM compares with the options most people weigh it against.

Neither route removes risk. Property values can fall, property is not a liquid asset, and capital placed for a fixed term cannot usually be withdrawn early.
